The Kirkside Mansion will be transformed into a career development and experiential learning facility, as well as an entrepreneurial incubator, housed within a fully operational inn and restaurant. This adaptive reuse of a significant historic asset will support skilled workforce and professional development, strengthen connections with local farms, and establish Kirkside as a culinary and hospitality destination.

This project is a MARK Project initiative and is funded in part by NYS Homes Community Renewal, Empire State Development, O’Connor Foundation, Transition Catskills and many area businesses and individuals.

With $6,800,000 committed funds in sight, a solid partnership with SUNY Delhi, and complete design, development, and construction drawings nearing completion, we need to raise an additional $3,300,000 over the next two years.
